SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- If you provided wrong shipping address please reach out to out main email ASAP (email@example.com) so it can be updated before it gets shipped out.
- Some items are made to order and take around a week to be ready to ship. Shipping time is based on the shipping provider you picked at check out. USPS does not have a guarantee delivery date and Intergalactic Couture is not responsible for packages lost by USPS.
- Intergalactic Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless the company sent items to wrong shipping address. No refunds available if customer does not provide the correct shipping address or does not inform shipper to update new address before is shipped.
- If there was a problem with your order and want to return items please email a Return Request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery and provide pictures of damages or issues that you have with the order. After Return Request is approved customer must send items back and a full refund or store credit will be issued based on the customers choice.
- Refund will not be processed if items are worn or damaged by customer. All items go through a quality control process before being shipped to avoid sending damaged or defective items.
